Remodeling Southend

Darren and his team recently completed the conversion of a large single home into four flats for us. Despite the 100+ year old building throwing up some surprises along the way, Essex Property Maintenance completed the work within budget and deadline. Darren’s prices are competitive but it’s his attention to detail that really stood out for us. We are very happy with the standard of work carried out, and the manner in which we were consulted with and kept informed as the work progressed. We look forward to working with Essex Property Maintenance again soon.

Darren of Essex Property Maintenance recently installed a downstairs toilet after surveying and quoting for the work. He and his team did a magnificent job and installed precisely what we wanted, in the style we had requested with all new installations being made to match the older style of the features within the property. The team were punctual, courteous and very helpful during the whole period to do the work. They worked in quite a confined space made minimal mess and always tidied up and the end of each day. There were extra bits to do, which could not have been anticipated before the work started and they were completed and made good without fuss or extra cost to us. We are more than pleased for the work carried out and would certainly recommend them to our friends or anyone. They are very capable people who have pride in their work and carried work to a high standard.

I used  Essex property services to completely re furbish my wet room ,they completed the job to a high standard from the brickwork upwards. the finished job was superb and the work was carried out efficiently and with the least disruption to my life. Dexter and his workforce are pleasant, professional and thorough. They all do an excellent job and always leave a clean area when they have finished.. He has done several jobs for me over the last year. Turned my conservatory into a utility room including plumbing and drainage for washing machine.. Made and fitted some storage cupboard doors and built a carport. He also resealed the double glazing. All in all a very good job was done in every case.

I needed some roof repair work carrying out at my property. Dexter provided a very thorough survey of the work required and explained exactly what was required.
