Mayflower carried out the refurbishment of our property. Including an extension, plastering, plumbing, new windows, new kitchen and decorating. We would recommend them to our family and friends. John and his team have changed our conservatory into an extension. We are so pleased with the work and can now use this room, whereas before it was either too hot or too cold. Myself and my family are delighted with the new bathroom Anglian Bathrooms done for us. To start, Tom was very efficient with review of the project and quotation and tailored it to our needs and budget to maximise what we could achieve. During the removal of the old bathroom and installation of the new bathroom, he was polite and friendly and had minimal impact on our day to day living which was fantastic as we have just one bathroom and two young children. He was very engaging and would explain his processes at each stage clearly so we understood. What’s more Tom was present throughout the whole process to ensure quality and smooth running of the project and it also meant we had a consistent stream of communication and a single point of contact. We recently had a complete new bathroom fitted by Tom and cannot highly recommend him enough! We were recommended him through a friend having seen first hand what a professional job he had done on her bathroom. Tom's work was carried out to a very high standard, he was always punctual, unobtrusive and kept us informed of his progression and he was extremely tidy. Anthony Puma by far was the most professional and detailed builder we had the fortunate experience to work with . His proposal was very well laid out and explained all the details of our renovation.
