From the initial consultation with Steve Friend the owner who project manages the scheme and working with his architect we were able to create an outline of what I had been thinking about for months. Then along came Jim, John and James (the three J’s) who made the outline a reality! No small detail was ignored, and from start to finish they all exhibited such a high level of professionalism and consideration for our home. Unfortunately for them we were in lockdown and they had to cope with a one year old, a five year old, a ball crazy dog and myself and my husband. I could not find any fault. They did everything in their power to ensure we had appliances for the duration of the work and I appreciate at times this must have been inconvenient for them- but they never let us know. No small detail was overlooked with many suggestions being spot on to achieve a flawless finish. Steve comes round to the house to review what is needed, agrees an amount for the work and then provides dates.
