It's been 6 months since Tim and his team transformed our tired,dreary and severely dilapidated bathroom into a place of beauty. From first contact Tim was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I really had no idea where to begin with our bathroom it was overwhelming the choice out there. It was a complete refit from ceiling to floor and even the door frame. However this didn't phase Tim at all, after giving him our brief he gave an honest assessment of what would work and what wouldn't and came back with a bathroom design that suited our requirements picking out all the furniture and fittings.When it came to the refit Tim and his team were more than accomadating, they were a joy to work with nothing was too much trouble, even when we wanted to change a few things and unforseen problems arose, their professionalism shone through. The result my dream bathroom, I can't believe how beautiful its turned out. I feel like I'm walking into a five star hotel. I particularly love the shelf Tim made along the bath, a great place to put your toiletries and is just the right height to hold onto whilst showering when needed.It didn't stop there though Tim's aftercare is just as important to him as the install. Our extractor developed a fault and within less than a week of contacting him a new one had been fitted. I really couldn't recommend southcoast bathrooms enough. If your thinking of having your bathroom done and want a first class job then look no further.Thankyou Tim and Cos for making our renovations go so smoothly from a very happy customer 😀
