Tony is a very experienced, skilful, builder. His work was of a very high quality and he achieved an excellent finish throughout our kitchen refurbishment and extension.Each trade was lined up in good time, so work was continuous, and he only worked on our job, which was completed in the time estimated. Tony was a careful listener and offered good suggestions when there were options to choose from, eg offered choices of bricks to match our existing one. He and his team were extremely tidy and careful, they were a lovely team, happy, proactive, and positive. The project came in just as budgeted, but with extra value, as he even chopped up our rafters for firewood to fit in our log store. I hope I have got across how happy my husband and I were with the end results, because when you meet Tony, it isn't easily apparent how good a builder he is, and how experienced he is, and how good an experience you will have, if it is the same as ours. I mention this as I was extremely nervous about choosing a builder, and unlike others, he didn't overtly sing his own praises, and share the depth of his building experience which made me nervous. However I am glad I choose him, as the results speak for themselves.

We hired GT Contractors for a rear extension and loft conversion. Right from the start I was impressed by Gary’s knowledge and proposed approach to the project (having spoken to a number of other contractors). The work continued in the same manner – GT has a team of skilled and industrious professionals – every one of the 8 or 9 different individuals who worked in my house over the 4-5 month project was genuinely courteous and pleasant and made a point of being tidy. I was impressed by the punctuality of Gary’s team and commitment to seeing the job through thoroughly and dealing with any issues promptly along the way.
