We had a leak and they came out within an hour to investigate and fixed the leak straight away. Very professional, cleaned up the bathroom well after themselves. Would highly recommend and we are asking them to quote for further work on our bathroom

My boiler stopped working last minute on Christmas Eve and Derek was able to offer a visit that night or early boxing day. In addition, this was after I had been let down by a few plumbers that evening. Fast, reliable, polite and knowledgeable. I would certainly rebook or recommend

I cannot recommend Ray and his team at Elite enough. They were professional, timely, cleaned up after themselves, but most importantly really listened to us and answered all our questions. They did two bathrooms for us back to back and were brilliant from start to finish. So good in fact, that I didn’t want to leave this review and keep them a secret all to myself. I am now looking forward to enjoying my bathrooms for several years.

Ray and his team did a cracking job in difficult circumstances. Our bathroom fit had to be postponed because of COVID-19 and was the first job back for them when things started to die down.Despite uncertainty around availability of materials our dream bathroom came into reality to luxury hotel quality standards thanks to there hard work. The result was exactly as we imagined and the attention to detail on the tiling especially up the bath was very impressive.When required Ray stayed late into the evening going above and beyond to get the job done for us. Even the neighbours commented on how relentlessly hard they worked.The most standout thing with Ray is how polite and considerate he is, nothing was too much trouble for him and he would always make sure we were involved in decisions and consulted with us every step of the way.I could not recommended Elite Homes enough, being a full bathroom rehaul on our only bathroom in our  first property, we were nervous about the scale of the work however we needn't have been with how it ended up. Could not recommend enough and would definitely use these guys again if we need a bathroom fit in the future.

February 2018 - Crofton Road Project Our project was an extensive loft conversion which required the removal of the two existing roofs of our extended 1930s house and their re-modelling and raising. We added a master suite and bathroom upstairs and a further ensuite downstairs. In selecting a company to work with, it was really important to us to find builders that would be family friendly and that we would be happy to have in our home around our three young children. BWT were excellent in this regard and all the tradespeople used by them were polite and friendly.  Steve always made a point of chatting to the children when he came by and it was small courtesies such as these that underlined Steve’s obvious concern that we were happy throughout the job. We invited five companies to quote.  We found the quote from BWT had a clear pricing structure, broken down into easy to understand chunks, was comprehensive and supported some flexibility where we unsure whether changes would be required once the work was underway. When we did make changes, Steve priced these in a transparent and reasonable way and gave us time to consider whether we wished to proceed or consider alternatives. During the project we had various ideas. Steve and the team were always on hand to provide well informed help and advice to assist our decision making. Throughout the build, Steve kept us informed and explained what was happening, what was coming up and who was doing what when.  Any delays due to weather or delivery problems etc were explained as soon as they arose and the project overall was completed within our expected timescales, including changes we added. Overall we are delighted with the end result and extremely happy with how the project went.  We would definitely use BWT again - in fact we are in discission now about a follow on project..

Place: Edwardian terraced house, 2 storey with loft conversion (2003). Works carried out very well by skilled and experienced artisans and tradespeople from start to finish of project. Very well supervised by management. Good explanations of positions of trenches and construction, plasterwork, electrical requirements and decorating by head tradespeople and management. Full propping of property after demolition of back and side return walls. Correct attention paid to foundation concrete placement and drying, prior to steels being embedded

Cobra Construction renovated our newly bought house in south London at the beginning of 2020. The renovation works involved both structural works (removing chimney breasts and creating openings in low bearing walls, etc) and cosmetic works (stripping old wall paper, laying down new floors, repainting, etc).
