This is my second time using Jcs services. Last year they remodeled my master bathroom. This year my basement. Jeff and his team did an excellent job.

Jon was very up front with us right from the first consultation. He let us know of all of the work that he would be doing as well as any problems that could arise during the process. I would refer to the two projects at Glynde and Dormansland that were undertaken by Harbour Building Services Ltd. Both of these were completed to a very high standard, to budget and in advance of the contract completion dates. Both projects were accomplished in a very professional manner and the Clients, in both instances, have been extremely pleased with the end results.

Harbour Building Services Ltd carried out extensive refurbishment and extension works to HoChee Cottages in Dormansland. These are early Victorian almshouses managed by Lingfield United Trust and the work required liaison with the Trustees of the Charity, the residents who were temporarily re-housed for the duration of the works and strict adherence to the budget.

we are really pleased with the service we received from Simon recently. We had a number of companies come round to quote for a new boiler but we instantly liked Simon. He took the time to talk us through all of the different options & clearly knew his stuff. We are planning a renovation in the future so he was able to work everything around that & gave us plenty of ideas. He was also very clean & tidy as he worked. Overall we've been really impressed & will be using Simon again as we continue to make changes to our home.
