Quick and responsive service from Martyn and others to do a big repair of an old pipe in my cottage flat that had caused damage to the flat downstairs and to fit a full new bathroom. Great communication - Martyn explained each piece of work before beginning, gave me options each time and kept me updated throughout, always thinking ahead to keep all of the work on track. Good follow up communication from Martyn too, always checking that I was happy with everything and no snagging issues had come up after the main jobs were completed. We called Impact after a leak in our bathroom during the first weeks of lockdown. Martyn came out several times to advise on the best course of action (including evenings and Sundays) until it became clear that major work was unavoidable. During the work, Martyn was in constant contact with us about the progress of the work (I'm going to miss our chats to be honest!) and was honest with us about some further works required for safety. He's been just as invested in our bathroom as we have, from advice on tiling schemes, to standing in the middle of topps tiles sending us pictures of grout colours! Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every single bit of work needed was arranged and scheduled by Impact, which took a weight off our minds during a stressful time. All the work done was completed to a very high standard, and every single person working in the flat was polite, tidy, and happy to answer our multitude of questions! I feel like all the things I hated about my bathroom have been put right now, and I'm delighted with the end result. Thanks Impact!

We had a pretty major leak in our bathroom going down to the flat below. Martyn came swiftly by, assessed the issue and got his team out the next day to not only address the problem with our flat but also the flat below as well. Working from home with 2 young kids during the Covid 19 lockdown his team were friendly, detailed, and efficient. Martyn always made himself available to set my mind at ease when I was having moments of stress. The job was a major re-fit of all the plumbing in our Tenement flat; tiled flooring had to be removed, insulation between the flats replaced, a substantial amount of wall tiles taken down, the partition wall stripped then re-plastered also fixes to joists and flooring. The bathroom is back looking identical if not better than it was before. The team (especially Craig) were great and left the Flat at the end of the day clean and safe.

Our old kitchen was removed and the new kitchen installed by the Impact team. We were very pleased with the final result and both Martyn and his team were very pleasant to deal with. Our only criticism is that we felt the work could have been completed more efficiently, although the delays are perhaps understandable with the lifting of lockdown in May and the numerous other projects Impact were committed to. The finished kitchen is a pleasure to spend time in and we were very impressed with Impact's customer service and the quality of their work, as well as their attention to detail.

Justin’s awesome. He came over and I had magazines of kitchen pictures of what I’d like. What made me enthusiastic about him is, he came over 10 times saying he had ideas and would like to share them with me. Every time he came over he was measuring and sizing up in his head and drawing in his note pad. He’d call and say he’d like to drop by. He was really interested not only in the job but in his passion towards his craftsmanship. You can see it. You can see he wanted to share his vision, his art with you. It was a breath of fresh air. He finally came back to me with what the kitchen and the bottom of the house would look like and I shook his hand. It’s magnificent.
