I don’t even know where to begin with Emad and his team, 5 stars isn’t enough! I recently purchased what I thought was a dream property and within weeks of owning it I discovered multiple leaks and issues turning it into what was becoming an awful unliveable nightmare. From the moment I called Emad he was professional, knowledgable and made me feel assured. I was able to leave him and his team to find and rectify all of the problems, whilst keeping me up to date constantly with details images and updates with no stress whilst I was unable to live in the property and travelling with work. He has completed the work to the most incredible standard and also in such a timely manner. No problem has been too big and he always has a solution managing to keep me calm and laugh in the most stressful situations. We used Sam Décor to carry out building work at our home. “ No Job is too big or too small for Tom. My wife and i decided upon a partial kitchen refit comprising of new worktops, new sink and installation of an induction hob.
