We had several windows replaced and also upgraded a window into a door and we are absolutely loving all of them. Joe and Frank were excellent and showed up right on schedule and installed everything in a couple of days. Thanks guys!

Holly made the ordering and scheduling process very simple by providing updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Our installation was completed by Joe who took the time to walk me through the installation process and again after the job was complete. It has been almost 1-1/2 years since coordinating with Holly, and working with Marc on the installation of our 2 storm doors on the front and side porch locations at our house. Kendall Total Home, I apologize for the late review, but I figured that this would almost be better than writing a review immediately after the storm door installation work. Our 2 storm doors remain in beautiful shape and fully functional working condition. Marc did an excellent job with the installation, and took his time to get the job done right, with our somewhat custom configuration.

We were really happy with the service we received from Billington Design bathrooms, from the personal involvement of Mark Billington in the design and specification process, all the way through to signing off the installation. The project was not straightforward as it was not a revamp of an existing bathroom but a conversion from a small bedroom. The work was completed quickly and to the promised timetable, and Emma coordinated the different trades involved very well, so no time was wasted.The fit-out was very high quality and when issues were encountered – not the fault of Billingtons – these were addressed immediately and sorted out to our satisfaction. The team were all polite, professional and very competent, and everything was left in a tidy state at the end of the day. The bathroom looks great, and everything works beautifully. It has been much admired by visitors coming to stay.

We used Billingtons to install new bathrooms at a flat in the area. We ran a competitive process. We chose Billingtons partly on value and partly because their design was the most impressive. Mark identified a potential design/installation problem that their competitors did not spot and his designs were perfect for us, more or less first time. We had a lot of confidence in the skill of the team. The range of products and tiles in their showroom suited us and they took us through the decision making process with skill and care.The installation went well and the quality of the materials and finish was (and remains) excellent. The team were also kind enough to arrange some other joinery and heating works while they were on site and these all went well too.After the installation we had a problem with one radiator. That proved to be a defective unit (unrelated to the quality of installation). Again the team reacted quickly and professionally and the unit was replaced without any hassle.All in all, we were tremendously impressed by Billingtons and each member of the team we met. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
