All amazing work when I hired Sammy’s General Construction. He installed the whole house baseboards and painted all the walls. New fans along with bedroom and restroom lights were installed. He repaired faulty outlets and the restored the restrooms fan. The restrooms toilet was also replaced. He added entirely new floors in living room and restroom. New exterior motion light was installed in front of the house. Overall this job couldn’t have been done any better! I’m so glad with all the work that was done within the time frame that was given. I contracted with Samy’s Construction to remodel my kitchen. The work included removal of old appliances/installation of new appliances, removal of old tile countertops / replacement with granite, removal of fluorescent lighting / replacement with can lighting, removal of old flooring / installation of new flooring and construction of a dog area under island. The completed job was so amazing that over the next 18 months, Eduardo remodeled every room in a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. The tile work he did in the bathrooms was exceptional. Very happy with our windows from Meraki Halo. Windows are of a very high quality and fitted to an excellent standard. In August 2017, although a bit apprehensive, we made a decision to sell our holiday home in Lossiemouth and purchase a property in the Lossiemouth Marina development even though there was not a brick in the ground at this point. We felt we were taking a bit of a risk but from the day we purchased the property we were dealing directly with David Urquhart and any queries we had were soon answered and nothing was too much trouble for David. The whole buying experience with David has been a pleasure and any small changes we requested were easily dealt with, nothing has ever been a problem to him. We have been travelling through to Lossiemouth to see the changes taking place on the site and although we were delighted with what we were seeing we did not get our first viewing of the property internally until last week. What can I say?, these properties must be viewed internally to fully appreciate just how special and unique they are. They are far and above more than what we were ever expecting. Although our entry date has been delayed slightly some things are just worth waiting for and this is definitely one of them. The superior quality and finishings, flooring throughout and of course the stunning location made this a highly desirable property for us and we would certainly recommend anyone to deal with David Urquhart director of Oakbank Homes.
