I recently purchased what I thought was a dream property and within weeks of owning it I discovered multiple leaks and issues turning it into what was becoming an awful unliveable nightmare. From the moment I called Emad he was professional, knowledgable and made me feel assured. I was able to leave him and his team to find and rectify all of the problems, whilst keeping me up to date constantly with details images and updates with no stress whilst I was unable to live in the property and travelling with work. Lampard heating and property renovations recently finished off our extension and house project. Scott managed the whole thing like a pro. They were clean and efficient in every phase of the job. Scott couldn’t be more helpful, he put up with our constant texts and phone calls worrying about everything as we’ve never done a project this big before. We used Sam Décor to carry out building work at our home. “ No Job is too big or too small for Tom. My wife and i decided upon a partial kitchen refit comprising of new worktops, new sink and installation of an induction hob. Tom was on hand within a short time to quote and issue an estimate. We provided the new sink, tap and hob. Tom sourced the worktops and ancillaries and arranged an electrician to also attend. A date was agreed and the work was completed within one day to our complete satisfaction. Our old hob was taken away for disposal. Very reasonable overall cost and a nice chap to do business with. Originally thought the cost of a Harvey Jones kitchen would be too much, but after visiting the Guildford branch I found out they were surprisingly competitive when comparing quality kitchens. Our designer was excellent throughout, creative and yet practical in the design phase, and supportive and always available for help and discussion on the installation. Overall an excellent experience
