Shawn's grandfather Edward Mustoe founded Mustoe and Sons in 1945 which was then passed on to Shawn's father John and his brother Roger, who ran the business for many years. Shawn served his apprenticeship in plumbing and heating and in 2001 Shawn started undertaking building works for the family clients, continuing the Mustoe family tradition of building in the Cotswolds.
