We recently hired Hatfield renovations to finish our 1100 sq ft basement and we are thrilled to say they did an outstanding job. We chose them because of their upfront directness and honesty about the design and cost. Both brothers Austin and Alec are reliable and responsible as well as talented, skilled and creative. We were looking for a St Albans building company and selected SAS Building and Carpentry to quote for our kitchen refit, small building works and utility room as we were confident that we would obtain value for money, whilst having the reassurance that this company would not compromise on quality or service as it is both Trust Mark and FMB accredited. We were pleased that the work could be scheduled to suit our programme and that it was completed on time by the Easter holidays deadline we had set. The building work, floor and wall tiling, carpentry and joinery was executed to an exacting, most professional, diligent and conscientious standard. We were especially pleased that the end result was better than we had seen in the many designer kitchen brochures and showrooms we had viewed but was delivered at a value for money and affordable price. I contracted with Scott Smith to undertake our loft conversation project and I must say it was the best decision I had made. He is extremely good at his work and keeps to deadlines and most importantly to the budget.
