Chris has just completed our loft conversion which has given us three bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft and a new dining room on the ground floor. When we first met Chris we only had a vague idea of what we wanted to do and Chris worked with us to turn those ideas into a detailed plan. He gave us lots of good ideas which have made the conversion much brighter and more spacious than it might otherwise have been. Once work started Chris and Luke made great efforts to cause as little disturbance as possible. During the build we made several changes which Chris was happy to accommodate. We were always given a detailed quote for any extra work before it started.

Shining Star was one of the respondents to our inquiry to replace the hardwood floors and re-do our stairs as well as paint several rooms in the house. The project went very smoothly. Shining Star was very accommodating and kept us informed with every step throughout the project. The staff were very clean, respectful and professional. We had several quotes for our project but Pablo came in with confidence and suggestions for our renovations that we knew we had to choose him . Pablo and his team started the project ahead of schedule and worked long days getting the job done ahead of schedule. We were nervous about painting our kitchen cabinets but they came out amazing . The tile job in the bathroom is perfect with all Pablo’s color suggestions . We couldn’t be happier with the work Pablo and his team did.

Pablo and his team did a great job finishing the basement with a full bathroom in less than 8 weeks without compromising the quality of work!!! They were very meticulous and very responsible. He has a separate team for each work like cabinets, wall, bathroom, painting, electrical and plumbing. Each and every one of them were very nice, polite and did their work really well and neat. If we had any problems or concerns, they were happy to fix. They were very punctual and kept us informed at all times. They were kind and accommodating to any request or changes.
