With the service, we were thrilled. The worker who completed the work was exceptionally tidy, on time, and very courteous. He took the time to sweep up and bag the used mortar at the conclusion of each working day. The fact that work proceeded over the Bank Holiday weekend showed a commitment to the mission and the time estimate.

We had this company to plaster my moms lounge ceilings and stairs they were very friendly welcoming and reliable after they had completed the work my mom was so pleased they they had they back to complete the painting and decorating they even cleaned up after themselves I can highly recommend them for anyone to use never stopped working the whole time they were there apart from their lunch I would give them a 5 star rating

This was great. The team turned up on time (to the minute), made sure they understood what was wanted and got on with it. They took my comments on board during the work and the final result was just what we had in mind when we originally chose the tiles. Fabulous way to finish our kitchen. Good quality tiling, done efficiently and without fuss, all left clean and tidy afterwards. Paperwork promptly dealt with. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service all round. Gary can't do enough for you and goes the extra mile. We thoroughly recommend him and his team of superb tradesmen - very hard to find! Don't hesitate to contact Gary if you want an effective and efficient builder. Also in particular a carpenter named Tony who has his own business who assists Gary sometimes is nothing beyond superb our oak worktops are curved to perfection and not a join in sight! Impressive!

Can't fault a thing, the base for the Conservatory is excellent, floor flat and smooth and the brick work around looks fab, really really pleased with the work. Gary and his team worked so hard removing the old lean-to and getting the new base in. So pleased each day they worked to see the change and everything left tidy. Gary is absolutely brilliant! Very impressed that a toilet could be fitted in such a small space. A job well done, it looks like it has always been there. There were some issues with drainage, but they were resolved in the end. I was also pleased with the way they cleaned up after themselves.

FMSUK are a new company to us as a practice and if i am honest i was concerned with giving them 2 toilet refurbishment projects to start and complete during the school summer holiday period as there is no time for problems during these tight timescale projects. I shouldn't have worried as right from the pre construction stage, procurement and works on site, all staff i dealt with were diligent and professional. The works on site went without hitch and the completed works are of a good standard / quality. FMS are responsive and reliable which suits us as our projects tend to be time sensitive. They are open to working with second-hand items and materials we have sourced, reusing and repurposing, helping us with our #sustainablefirst core values. Friendly and approachable and easy to do business with, no job is too big or small, or unusual for that matter. FMS have recently installed a boardroom partition wall for us using recycled plastic boards made by Refactory, made from very difficult to recycle types of plastics. This was a complete experiment as we were unsure how the boards were going to behave in situ. FMS needed to consider how they were going to install them, having not worked with the material before but they managed to successfully fit the partition. Whatever the request, FMS care and complete the job to a high standard.

We had a complex issue with our hot water system. We were impressed at the speed in which nu age determined the issue and the swift resolution. Their work was highly professional and the price was very reasonable. We have been in our property for a year and we are amazed at the difference since nu age completed the repairs, our hot water system works better than ever. We will definitely use nu age again if we require heating or plumbing installation, maintenance or repairs in the future.

Could not rate this business any higher, had them in to do all the radiators in my house, 10+ of them, plus install a new one and install a new towel rail, jobs were completed on time, on budget, they turned up on time and worked very hard throughout the day and completed it to spec and looking great! They were that good that I then had them in to do a completely new shower install from removing the old shower to removing the old cubical and doors. They again did a fantastic job, same as above on time etc. Really chuffed up with how it looks and how much effort the lads put in to make this a success. Would highly recommend, they go above and beyond to help you with all your needs!
