Stubbs Construction, established in 1978, is a family run business that has developed steadily over the last 40 years. We now employ a team of over 40 staff who are committed to providing a competitive, personal service, along with a variety of carefully selected sub contractors. We are able to cover all aspects of the construction industry, including domestic, industrial and commercial sectors. As a company, Stubbs are dedicated to exceeding our clients expectations, we aim to do this by constantly improving the quality and performance of all our services, including liaising and communicating with clients at all stages of work undertaken. We are a member of the FMB (Federation of Master Builders) and are able to handle smaller projects, through to large multi-million pound schemes.
Our commercial projects span the UK, ranging from conversions for high street retail chains, to new build public facilities including tourist attractions, residential homes and village halls.
Going back to our roots, when residential work was our bread and butter, we remain involved in the residential sector. Whether close to home in Yorkshire, or further afield, we relish the opportunity to be involved with builds on varying scales.
We have completed care and residential schemes both locally and nationally.
In more recent years we have completed joint ventures as well as our own developments. We are continuing in this line of business moving forward with a housing scheme of 23 units underway, and another in the pipeline for 2017.
Over the years we have accrued a successful network of reliable sub-contractors, who have helped complement our own team to deliver projects in the industrial sector. Ranging from smaller civils based works, to larger new build industrial units and estates.
Over our near 40 years in business we have successfully forged a relationship with many education and sports facilities, and work with them to help improve their facilities as and when they require.
