“We were really happy with the service we received from Billington Design bathrooms, from the personal involvement of Mark Billington in the design and specification process, all the way through to signing off the installation. The project was not straightforward as it was not a revamp of an existing bathroom but a conversion from a small bedroom. The work was completed quickly and to the promised timetable, and Emma coordinated the different trades involved very well, so no time was wasted.The fit-out was very high quality and when issues were encountered – not the fault of Billingtons – these were addressed immediately and sorted out to our satisfaction. The team were all polite, professional and very competent, and everything was left in a tidy state at the end of the day. The bathroom looks great, and everything works beautifully. It has been much admired by visitors coming to stay.”

Mark identified a potential design/installation problem that their competitors did not spot and his designs were perfect for us, more or less first time. That proved to be a defective unit (unrelated to the quality of installation).
