I wanted to let you know how happy we are with all the work you did at our house. Being in the construction industry myself I have very high expectations, and you met them all. During the construction process we hardly noticed anyone here. The workers were polite, clean and professional. The work was done to high standards with great attention to detail. The project came in on schedule and on budget. We enjoy our new space every day and have received many compliments on the work. I can't say enough about Dave & his entire crew. After a tree fell on our house they took on the job to repair our screen room which required replacing much of the structure, new screens, door, staircase and ceiling which all came out better than it was before! Besides that they also replaced a set of windows by installing a new set of double sliding patio doors to give us access to the backyard patio from the lower family room --- this was not an easy job but in the end it completely changed the functionality of our house! The pandemic also did not make the project any easier but luckily DCR (and us too) had patience and transparency to get the job done. Everyone that we worked with from DCR was honest, professional and easy to communicate with. We even had Carl install Christmas lights on our roof that came out amazing. It was great to work with the DCR crew and we look forward to the next project.

We hired Dave and DCR to add on a master closet, take down a fireplace, and add on a new kitchen to the back of our house. It put us at ease knowing that the job would get done right. I would DEFINITELY recommend DCR for your next project. We were robbed by our first contractor and when we contacted DCR they were nice enough to fit us into their already tight schedule. I hired DCR to complete a second floor master bedroom addition to my home in 2021. I chose DCR because Dave was honest, understood our budget and came highly recommended. The project required a lot of timing and planning and Dave was there to help every step of the way. Although we had some minor bumps along the road due to certain supply chain issues Dave and his team worked diligently to not let the project fall too far behind schedule. The two most important factors for us was always the quality of the work - which was top notch - and the professionalism and friendliness of the DCR staff. I can say after spending months with Dave and his staff the work was exceptionally well done and the staff very professional.

Shining Star was one of the respondents to our inquiry to replace the hardwood floors and re-do our stairs as well as paint several rooms in the house. The project went very smoothly. We had several quotes for our project but Pablo came in with confidence and suggestions for our renovations that we knew we had to choose him . Pablo and his team did a great job finishing the basement with a full bathroom in less than 8 weeks without compromising the quality of work!!! They were very meticulous and very responsible. He has a separate team for each work like cabinets, wall, bathroom, painting, electrical and plumbing. Each and every one of them were very nice, polite and did their work really well and neat. I can’t praise you or your work highly enough and definitely recommend you to anyone thinking of having a loft conversion. You completely transformed our living space and opened up the upstairs landing so that our house now looks much more open and light. The loft itself is the most luxurious living space I have ever had and Alan and I completely love it, along with anyone else who comes in to have a look (the temptation to show it off at any opportunity is overwhelming).

Chris has just completed our loft conversion which has given us three bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft and a new dining room on the ground floor. When we first met Chris we only had a vague idea of what we wanted to do and Chris worked with us to turn those ideas into a detailed plan. He gave us lots of good ideas which have made the conversion much brighter and more spacious than it might otherwise have been. Once work started Chris and Luke made great efforts to cause as little disturbance as possible. During the build we made several changes which Chris was happy to accommodate. We were always given a detailed quote for any extra work before it started.
