From the initial consultation with Steve Friend the owner who project manages the scheme and working with his architect we were able to create an outline of what I had been thinking about for months. Then along came Jim, John and James (the three J’s) who made the outline a reality! No small detail was ignored, and from start to finish they all exhibited such a high level of professionalism and consideration for our home. Unfortunately for them we were in lockdown and they had to cope with a one year old, a five year old, a ball crazy dog and myself and my husband. I could not find any fault. On every occasion, the work is carried out in such a professional manner. The team are really friendly, and Steve drops in on occasion to check on how the work is progressing. Steve comes round to the house to review what is needed, agrees an amount for the work and then provides dates.
