Jon was very up front with us right from the first consultation. He let us know of all of the work that he would be doing as well as any problems that could arise during the process. we are really pleased with the service we received from Simon recently. We had a number of companies come round to quote for a new boiler but we instantly liked Simon. He took the time to talk us through all of the different options & clearly knew his stuff.
