Bathroom Remodeling Blofield

We are delighted with our garden room built by Tom McAllister. His attention to detail and feel for aesthetics have given us an extra room, in sympathy with the original 1914 house. We have appreciated his ideas and practical advice; these have contributed greatly to the success of this project. The extension was constructed to our original pricing structure and all additions were amicably agreed. TMC was undaunted by the surprise find of an air raid shelter while excavating the foundations! Tom McAllister and his team did a lovely job on our bathroom - the finish is excellent. They were all totally professional and trustworthy and worked really hard to complete the job to hit the agreed deadline. They also worked well to resolve some unforeseen difficulties and adapted the job and the spec where necessary to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. All in all a great job. Most impressive of all was the respect and courtesy they showed to us - they showed awareness of the challenge it can be living with building work on the go and they tried to minimise the disruption where they could. Barber Building Services was the only company which provided both a detailed realistic quotation and an acceptable timescale for the work to increase the structural integrity, to carry out extensive replastering, and to completely re-decorate a 1970s house within a Norwich Conservation Area before it was put on the market. The work was completed within budget and on time within a tight timescale. The final cleaning left the house in an immaculate state such that the house was sold within 10 minutes of the first viewing. Barber Building Services worked closely with the Consultant Surveyor who was overseeing the project. Any additions or ammendments to the work were quickly understood and quoted for, so that there was no delay in continuing the work. Communications between Barber Building Services, the Consultant Surveyor and ourselves, the remote client, were excellent and timely. We would be happy to engage Barber Building Services again with great confidence.

NBK completed a new disabled suitable ensuite shower room and bedroom revamp for me. I was extremely pleased with all the work and Dan the fitter was very helpful and conscientious. All the trades were fantastic. I was a hard customer as I ran my own Plumbing & Heating company for 16yrs and been in the trade for 22yrs before I was recently made disabled. Just had a new bathroom installed by NBK and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything was straight forward and hassle free, from the initial survey stage( James) then Project manager (Ryan) then to actual fitter(Mark) who did such a great job.
