The work was potentially very messy as it needed a digger and the removal of the sub-base of the old drive before putting in a path. Similarly a fence had to be removed and replaced. We were very pleased both with the way they controlled the mess and with the final outcome which has transformed the look of our house.

They stick to the paper plan approved. They made all efforts to helped us come up against odds with party wall restrictions that delayed start up work. In the end even with denied access by our neighbor, they were able to get the scaffolding up. Work started, carry on n finished! We’re happy with additional room n lights around 1st floor n loft!

The scaffolding went up on the Monday, the roofers came Tuesday and stayed till Thursday and the scaffolding was taken down the same day. It was all very efficient and they did an excellent job. I now have a fairly draught proof house, as much as any older house can be! Matt tried to keep the costs down as much as possible but it was a big area where the tiles were letting the wind through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this building company. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and did a fantastic job for a reasonable amount of money. What more can you ask?
