Welcome to Ash's Property Services, your turnkey maintenance solution! We are a family run service which caters in property care, maintenance, repair and installation in domestic and commercial properties, serving North Lincolnshire including Scunthorpe, Brigg, Crowle, Scotter & Surrounding villages. We've also covered as far as Lincoln, Gainsborough, Doncaster, Hull and Grimsby. Please browse through our site to discover a little more about 'The Property Maintenance Guy', the projects completed & find out more about services we provide. My property Maintenance journey started in 1998 when I bought my first ever property. Over the following few years I bought a series more, to rent out, renovated them and started a small portfolio. One of my proudest achievements was acquiring a Grade II listed Edwardian house and which was followed by the conversion of the inside of it into 4 seperate modern, high quality apartments, whilst retaining the character ouside without disruption. In early 2000's, one of my properties needed to be completey renovated - going back-to-brick. No sooner had I completed this, another was wrecked from a student party gone wrong! As a young entrepeneur planning to settle down, my only option was to self-build and restore these properties, back to somewhat original, habitable state. I set upon the work, hiring various trades whilst providing labour myself and enriching the practice with study and qualification. I quickly picked up experience and real-world skills in all aspects of plumbing, property maintenance and renovations and since 2010, I have honed these blessings of skill, on a semi-professional level - carrying out home improvements for myself, friends and family and a growing handful of clientele. After years of being told I should do this professionally, full-time, for a living, in 2015 I established Ash's Property Services. When working as a sole engineer, my capacity is limited as one, so as my customer base grew rapidly, I needed to expand my team rapidly, so over the years, I've built strong relationships, agreement and arrangements with colleagues whom I work with in collaboration, leveraging years of experience, wisdom and knowledge. I team up with some of the most highly skilled, time served and trusted engineers, the best in their field, to be able to honour a promise delivered by Ash's Property Services. We supply exclusive support services to a number local plumbing, heating & electric firms as well as facilitating maintenance contracts for estate agents and private landlords. While we're not occupied with these contracts, we're always working own private client projects. We can execute any property service, maintenance, installation or repair jobs, especially in PLUMBING & HEATING, ELECTRICAL JOINERY & TILING, but we do book up in advance quickly, so do remeber to discuss your requirements in good time. As humans beings are social creatures, it's only natural that we post our work and projects on social media, in particular Instagram & Facebook amongst others, so why not like and follow us there too?

Find answers to common questions about Remodeling Company and hiring Remodeling Contractor in the UK

How can I create a more sustainable home remodel?

Prioritize eco-conscious choices during your remodel with these strategies:

  • Energy-Efficient Upgrades: Opt for high-performance windows, LED lighting, smart thermostats, and energy-efficient appliances.
  • Sustainable Materials: Choose eco-friendly materials like bamboo, reclaimed wood, and natural stone.
  • Water Conservation: Install low-flow showerheads, faucets, and water-efficient toilets.
  • Repurpose & Reuse: Salvage existing materials when possible and repurpose or donate old fixtures instead of discarding them.
  • Natural Light: Maximize natural light to reduce reliance on artificial lighting.
  • Solar Power: Consider integrating solar panels to reduce your reliance on non-renewable energy sources.

How do I plan a home remodel?

Careful planning is essential for a successful home remodeling project. Follow these steps:

  • Define Your Goals: Clearly establish what you hope to achieve with your remodel, whether to boost functionality, enhance aesthetics, or increase home value.

  • Gather Inspiration: Browse magazines, websites, and platforms like Pinterest to develop an idea of your desired styles and features.
