About Poole Construction Group Ltd Kim Poole, the founder of our building company, came into the trade at the age of 16 to work alongside his elder brother and father. Having completed a degree in Construction Management, Kim became the Site Manager for a company in South Africa where he worked for several years before forming a manufacturing business with his brother to further enhance his career, which expanded to become a building company much like the one we run today. Kim relocated to the United Kingdom with his family and continued to work on home renovations and home refurbishments until 2021. The family legacy continues to the present day at Poole Construction Group Ltd where Kim’s son has also become another of the family’s builders. History continues to repeat itself through detailed onsite training for all personnel and over time, our building company has added more services to its range.
